If you are having problems with either
e-mail or internet, and need tech support, the first step is to click on the
help button on your CYOU Dialer (This is the dialer that is red, yellow, blue
and green). If you do not have this dialer on your Computer, or if no help
files are available on your particular dialer (some earlier versions prior to
1998 may not have help files), you may click on the file
(cyouhelp.exe) below and download it on your computer. To download it, just
double click the file
cyouhelp.exe
and a screen will pop up saying what do you want to do with this file. Select
"Save to Disk" and a window will pop up asking where you want to save it to.
Select a location that you feel will be easy for you to find the file after
download. After downloading the file, if you have trouble finding it, Click
"Start", then "Find", then "Files or Folders", where it says named type:
cyouhelp.exe
and where it says "look in" click on "Browse" and select C: and click the "Find
Now" button. The file will be shown below the window where you clicked. Now,
double click on the name
cyouhelp.exe
and the help file "CYOU.hlp" will be loaded on your desktop. Now all you have
to do is click on the CYOU.hlp and the help screen will open offering you help
on Internet or E-mail problems.
